At Boori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
